TrendTrader ProReviews of trendtrader.pro

I purchased a subscription on 13 September (Stripe Invoice #X4F1SLZS-00010) and cancelled it within two days. As a UK resident, I requested a refund within the 14-day cooling-off period, which is also clearly referenced in the company's Refunds Policy. I initially contacted support via the chatbot on 15 September and was informed that someone would get back to me. After receiving no response, I followed up via email on 16 September. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I have not received any meaningful response or update regarding my refund request. My main criticism is not necessarily the refund dispute itself, but the complete lack of customer service. A simple acknowledgement or status update would have been appreciated. As things stand, I have been left with no option but to consider raising the matter with my card issuer. Unfortunately, based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service. Responding back to your reply, neither you, nor anyone from your support have responded back to my several emails. The refund request form you mentioned, I did have a look at it before trying to contact support. That form is asking for confirmation that trader has tried to place trades based on your platform, which was not a condition for those cancelling within the eu/uk 14 day cooling off period, so impossible to submit request through that form. I can see you are a new enterprise, and your processes are not working as they should. I would like to know if you intend to refund the subscription as I did try to cancel within 14 day cooling off period, or are you that desperate to hang on to my £50

First, this review is honest and genuine as they never reached out or asked for a review. In my opinion, they should advertise that they have a trustpilot page more. Now to the review. There really isn't much to cover because it's very simple. The trend signals are legit, no BS. The trends hold and generate nearly at the very beginning of the trend formation. Daily signals update once per day at 1am UTC which I anticipate and wait for before taking any trades. The intraday trend signals (confirmed from the support team) are scanned every 5 minutes. Those intraday signals are even better because I'm an intraday trader. I'm taking each signal raw (1% per trade) and my account shows just over 94% take profits hit LOL. It's only been roughly 3 weeks now, but i'm actually surprised tbh. Great work Nick and your team.

In an industry full of useless scam trading tools and indicators, trendtrader pro is genuinely useful. I’m able to create my own proprietary strategy as trendtrader pro enables you to incorporate it into your existing strategy or simply use it outright. Both seem to work for me so far, but I’m just waiting for their University to launch so I can see how the creators themselves use the trend detection signals. Overall, I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. Great product.

I’ve been a full time trader now for nearly a decade. My honest review. I like the user interface. It’s easy to navigate and mobile friendly. The Daily Signals only update once per day and so far they match my technical thesis on all the forex majors. It’s more of a confidence signal for me and that’s where I find the use case. I really hope they add indices soon, I trade NAS100. I reached out via support and got a reply back within a few hours saying they are working on adding indices in the next week.

I literally just subscribed this morning and took some of the Intraday signals that aligned with the Daily signal trend… 3 for 3 take profits hit. It’s just one day but I can already tell TrendTrader Pro will be my entry confirmation tool moving forward.
