My ORDER #71605 for a Guitar & Bass Wireless System placed on 3 September till now 20 November. More than 2 month still not received. Apparently is being held up in China but no News from Trendtimes. Very disappointed paid with Church money, if good we need a few more.

I ordered a Jeep for my boys from Santa. I ordered just after Thanksgiving and had guarantee by Christmas delivery. We got the Jeep the Fri before Christmas which gave us min time to get it together. Pulled it out to assemble on Christmas Eve & it had been crushed in shipping. It also looked nothing like what I had ordered and paid $700 for!!! We called customer service and waited 96 min to get a hold of someone. The guy was amazing on the phone so I did as he asked. We put it together and told the boys Santa had a wreck and was coming back to replace it. It never drove well & was so slow!! Since then they’ve picked it up and I called back 2 weeks after pick up. On MLK jr holiday. The customer service guy was soooo extremely rude, yelled at me, then said it was likely never assembled correctly which is why it was slow & the weeks popped out from the motor. When I got upset he yelled at me then proceeded to hang up on me. If the new Jeep gets here & isn’t perfect I’m getting my $$ back & I’ll never buy from here again. Absolutely ridiculous especially for the prices u pay for these products.

I wish their was an option to give this company a negative 5 star. Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. It takes days to reach someone, wait times on phone calls are over 45 minutes. We ordered a vehicle for our son for Christmas, it doesn't steer correctly (barely turns at all). After viewing videos they admitted to something being wrong with it, but they refuse to return it, would only send new parts for us to try and fix ourselves. This seems extremely unfair considering the issues are due to manufacturing. A company with no return policy clearly doesn't stand behind the quality of their own product. On top of this, I was sent to their wholesaler for them to deal with us o trying to fix it. This was actually good because they were very nice and helpful, and did state that as terrible as Trendtimes was to purchase from, they are absolutely terrible to sell to and would no longer be working with them in the future.

CROOKS. We bought a fire engine on their site. Next day, found it on Amazon for $80 cheaper and $40 cheaper on shipping (it only costs $200 to begin with). I tried to work with them but their customer service is awful and rude. BUYER BEWARE. This is a horrible company.

They are a basement outfit. It is unbelievable how they respond to you. They have no concept of customer service. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and now "John" is calling and leaving messages on my cellphone that they are going to send it to private collections and contact Experian! What a joke. I still don't have what I ordered even though I paid for 5-10 day shipping. Its been 2 weeks. So much for my grandchild's bday gift! If it comes, I don't expect quality as others have said how cheap and even broken their products have arrived. This circus needs to be shut down!!!!!

Horrible customer service was asked by the representative why did I keep calling and also the representative lied and said he spoke with my mom and she said she didn't know me then changed to the number was incorrect! Never do business with this company! They should hire people who care about people.....

So so afraid I may never get my gas boat for my son who has cancer and requested only this one thing for Christmas! He will be devastated and so will I. Trendtimes has no contact number and emails are quite generic. I spent every last dime I had to buy this item $500....so praying it comes 😐😣

Ordered products and paid through the nose for 3 day shipping. Never received the products, never heard from customer support, no number to call to talk to someone (answering service only for new victims). DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!
