All information is displayed on our website and shows the product type is 3D T-shirt but that might be not clearly demonstrated to some of our customers. As our products are 3D T-shirts, the material which is suitable for a normal T-shirt, does not meet your expectations. We understand this may cause many inconveniences and we truly apologize for this. We appreciate your feedback and will modify our mockups as well as improve our products as soon as possible.
