I placed an order on December 02 for three items. The order arrived on January O4. One of the items arrived fine. One was the right item but the wrong name. One of the two replacement items was fine. The other one had the name printed on the wrong side. It took a very long time for the original items to arrive then quite a long time for the replacements to arrive. As the items were ordered to be Christmas gifts and it was long past Christmas, I unhappily gave them to the recipients as they were
