Wish I could give zero stars. Do not trust this site. Their California address is not real, and all of their products come from Asia. Check out the real reviews online (#trendingvip), and do not be fooled by their fake reviews written on their website. I placed my order in mid January and am still waiting for my product. After speaking with several different “customer service” reps, I didn’t receive and customer service at all. Buyer Beware. Don’t waste your time or money.

This company is a total rip off don't buy from them ever

The chunky knitted blanket is a potholder. Seriously! You think you are ordering 60 inches, BEWARE, it is 60 cm. I am so angry that I spend $50 on two frickin potholders!!! They are not even big enough to use as cat beds!

I ordered and paid for tiling grout in December,2017. Trending VIP said they delivered the items to my address but no-one was home. Due to illness I have been house bound since November, 2017 and no delivery was EVER made, nor was any notification about delivery ever left. I have been in touch with the customer support team without success. No-one can tell me when my products will arrive and when a refund would be given. It is now 12/02/2018 and I am still uninformed and unimpressed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Beware!!!! Do not buy the chunky knitted blanket! I got ripped off with this tiny size blanket which is 60x60 centimeters. Not what I expected from their advertisement. I have tried to contact them for a return until yesterday and still no response. I'm so disappointed and will never order from them ever again!

This company is a rip-off. I ordered hand woven blankets at over $60. It took weeks to get here (as they came from China). They were supposed to be Queen Size - 60x60 - and what I got was about 24x12. Hardly big enough to cover my feet - let alone being able to use as a throw on a bed or on your sofa. I contacted them. Got a reply that they were canceling my order with a refund. Followed-up about 10 days later - got a reply that someone would be in touch and NOTHING. I would NOT recommend you buy from this company. They do not stand behind the product that they sell.

Buy at your own risk. They will not even publish their telephone number. If you email them about a problem with your order, the return email states they will contact you within 48 hours. After 4 emails, my only recourse is to dispute the charge on my credit card. " At TrendingVIP, people are our priority" What do they mean by "priority"? Obviously they do not care about their reputation or their customers.

Ordered 80 x 80 chunky blanket. Was shipped from China and measured about 30 x 30. Should have known better. If it wasn’t so pathetic, it would have been funny.
