Really untrustworthy crooks…I should've been smart and noticed the warning signs: -No one from the company is on LinkedIn or has an online presence -the guy who emailed me, Riley Turner, the url associated with his email isn't an actual site -Nowhere on the interface can you cancel your billing or change payment method As others have mentioned, it's literally ALL AI bots who follow you. No one else. And it's not rocket science to spot them. I've emailed several times to cancel before my trial ended and no one's replied. I've had to deactivate my Insta account while I get this sorted. Don't be stupid like me and fall for the generic email. It's a hassle to manage your Insta account after and, above all, ensure you're not getting charged or they're not using your credit card for other things. I'll have to cancel and get a new credit card because of this and may have to create a new Insta account so that these bots stop following me. Horrible company, which in every sense of the word is a scam.
