SCAM - I should have searched Google before falling into the trap
They sent me an email offering organic Instagram growth, and what I saw on their website was somewhat convincing. Since there was an option for a 3-day trial, I decided to try it to see how it works. Unfortunately, I added my credit card information, assuming that if the service was unsatisfactory, I could cancel the trial without being charged. When the service was activated, I noticed that the followers and interactions were the same and instagram started flagging them as Spam. The followers had similar follower counts and all had their first posts made on March 13-14 of this year. I then discovered that unlike other online services that allow immediate cancellation, I had to send an email to request the cancellation. I requested my account cancellation on day one but did not receive a response. I sent emails to other contacts shown in my dashboard and used their chat feature. Before the 3-day trial ended, they responded, stating that their “team” had received my cancellation request and were working on it. However, today, 3 days after the service was activated, I was charged €73, and I continue to receive fake followers, who are flagged as spam by Instagram. I will open a dispute with my credit card operator to report this issue.
