Once again the management of Mesa…
Once again the management of Mesa Village / Treehouse Communities would rather argue about a complaint than do something about it. Why is it so difficult to get anything accomplished? Is it company policy to disagree with any complaint that is made? This is a simple matter of a cat owner that allows their animal to run loose and is using my yard for a cat box but they would rather disagree and deny the problem than to actually do something about it. All I'm asking is to inform the owner that his animal needs to be kept inside. Apparently even such a simple request is more than our management is willing to do. Sad & pathetic. Now in retaliation for having the nerve to make a complaint they have given me a notice about weeds & delivered it while I was out buying groceries. I ALWAYS take care of the weeds in my yard & the recent rains have brought them up again but they were not willing to give me a chance to take care of them. FYI the "weeds" are a small patch by the tree out front about 2ft x 2ft and less than 6 inches high. Pathetic do nothing management. FYI this review applies to Mesa Village Mobile Home Park since they are owned by Treehouse.
