In ten months of working with Dr. Ramsay I have moved through the four stages of habituation. When my tinnitus started I was in complete fight-flight-freeze mode and struggled with significant panic and anxiety. The tools I needed to progress through the habituation process were provided through my invaluable sessions with Dr. Ramsay, along with my hearing aids/maskers, group coaching opportunities, and all of the other Treble Health resources. I was given hope, tremendous support, and community. I thank Dr. Ramsay times a million for all of her wisdom, guidance, and encouragement. She is truly amazing! Ten months ago I would never have believed that I could feel such joy and would be living a more meaningful life than I was before tinnitus. My tinnitus is really not noticeable most of the time now and it is not bothersome. I will continue using my tools and strategies and am 100% confident that my tinnitus will get even better. Excellent services. All Audiologists are very competent. They are also especially caring because they too deal with their own tinnitus. Services were easy and efficiently provided remotely. Staff help, when needed, is prompt and effective. Through use of the maskers and sound machine I’m experiencing improvement via a reduction in awareness of buzzing sounds. With continues use I anticipate further improvement. I recommend Treble Health’s services.

By far the best patient care I've ever experienced! The team at Treble health has delivered for me yet again, helping me and going above and beyond anything I would ever have expected. Dr. Sarah, Dr. Breanne and Dr. Tatyana are simply the best people I've ever had the privilege of working with. It's rare that we can say this was one of the best decisions we've ever made.
