I really do appreciate Treble Health's cutting edge, can-do research. You are important leaders in Dr. Jasterboff's Tinnitus Retraining Therapy, and in so doing you give hope to struggling, desperate folks like me for noticable improvements with the goal of full habituation. Your audiologists are professional, helpful, and understanding. I do have some constructive criticism for improvements however. Please relay these to Ben and Garrett because I know they care about improving. Please be sure when you air ship replacement maskers due to a failing battery issue of the original, that the new ones are full recharged at 100%, mine only had a problematic 20%. And now they don't recharge on the recharger? Also, it's common courtesy and good business practice imo to send at least a thank you email to a customer after they have spent $3400 on the helpful technology you provide. It beats a simple emailed receipt imo. One more thing, not sure the percentage of tech problems per customer but myself, I've had to have devices replaced twice in a year, and one of the replacements was even defective itself. More reliable tech means less down time for customer's Tinnitus relief for me. I lost a couple months of valuable usage in that year. As the year of usage concluded I noticed the maskers, the Oasis Sound Machine, and possibly the original recharger all 3 had power issues that caused malfunction. Please warn customers ahead of time that this might occur as the year concludes. Not sure why this happens. Overall though your group tries to solve problems that arise in a fairly timely way. It's just that we patients become so reliant on the devices that any downtime can cause stress and anxiety adding to the original Tinnitus condition. Thank you for everything you succeed at and do your very best to improve on the factors you can. Mahalo for this feedback opportunity, a sign of a decent company imo.Much Aloha

Dr Schwartz is very helpful and focused on finding the proper treatment for my condition. I think videos about returning to normal like attending concerts is premature. I have taken a step backward in my healing since attending a rock show.
