For those of you reading, I suffered so much for every step of the way during 15.5 month process and truly doubted it would ever get better. I anticipated being one of the 10% that do not make it to the end -- even though Dr. Ramsay insisted I would habituate and always told me "I never worry about you."  I worried about me enough for the two of us.  The sound therapy saved me and let me be a normal human being. I had no problem with sleep thanks to the sleep mask. My mantra was "I am comfortable. I am comfortable", but then I would fluctuate like crazy and worry that this was just going to be my life. I truly believed I would never stop using my hearing aids (I do not have a hearing loss; I probably have somatic tinnitus).  When habituation arrived in my body, I was truly shocked. This is what Annie, Steve, Kent, Eric (I watched the testimonials on repeat) all said they experienced. I took out the hearing aids, and I have complete peace in my affected ear. The sound is 1/10,000 of what is was when it first started.  Thank you Dr. Ramsay and Treble Health for supporting me through this really difficult period of my life.
