Treble Health audiologist Dr. Sarah Mathews has been an incredibly constant source of expert guidance and support over the past nine months. Now that I have reached stage three of habituation, Dr. Sarah has redoubled her efforts to help me remain focused on my goal as well as to stay proactive, positive and consistent in my approach. Couldn't have made the remarkable progress I have without Dr. Sarah and Treble Health.

I am SO, SO, VERY GRATEFUL that I found Treble Health! I also want to express how wonderful my experience has been in working with Dr. Suzanne May. Dr. May has been extremely understanding and attentive, and has also made me feel both hopeful and at ease in dealing with my tinnitus. I came across Dr. Ben's YouTube channel about three months ago and found several of the tinnitus masking videos. The videos were very helpful, but I still needed something to help me with the daily, minute to minute battle with the constant ringing in my left ear. I took the tinnitus quiz and was a bit hesitant to make the investment in purchasing tinnitus maskers. So I did more research on hearing aids, went to an Audiologist and later to an ENT. I pretty much got the stereotypical responses of, "you have tinnitus and there's really not much we can do for you." After much frustration and mental turmoil, I decided to set up a consult meeting with Treble Health. In the first meeting with Dr. May, she made me feel at ease within moments, and honestly, I did NOT feel like she was trying to push a product on me or pressuring me to purchase something "right now." I went ahead and ordered the Tinnitus Bundle and I am SO HAPPY that I did. I have only had the maskers for a few days, so I am trying to temper my expectations. Having said that, the maskers are very comfortable and very discrete. Again, I can't say enough about how pleasant it has been to work with Dr. May. During my maskers fitting appointment, Dr. May really listened to my personal concerns and made me feel at ease. She is understanding, she answered all of my questions, and she gave me several tips for using the maskers as well as navigating expectations. Thank you Treble Health, and a special thank you to Dr. Suzanne May!

The presentation presented by Dr. Ben Garrett was very informative and encouraging. The works being done by Treble Health is directly concerning people dealing with Tinnitus.
