Won nearly £4000 tried to withdraw £1000 as it's the withdrawal limit for some reason nearly 2 weeks ago they asked for id and IBAN number proof then they needed pictures of my cards I deposited with and then they wanted a picture of me with my passport ( which I done ) and this morning I woke up to my account has been blocked and a email accusing me of using a VPN, being in a gambling syndicate, using software to manipulate the website and rude/ aggressive behaviour even though I was calm the whole way through End of the day they are scam artists and I am very worried about the id I sent them to get the payout that never come Please do not put your hard-earned money in these scammers pockets

They try everything not to pay out this site is one big scam and if you like gambling never and I mean never use this site no one is helpful please do not use you will regret it like I do

I had a redemption of $3,000 they say they sent it but I have never received it My bank has never received it I've contacted them several times on their chat and they keep telling me they sent it but I've never received it I think it's kind of wrong to tell people you're sending them things if they're not you know what I mean very poor service really cool game but very poor service they don't withdraw

Lost so much money and all they are is scammers caught then online cheating........ I do not understand why nobody sue them what they doing its illegal and stealing money.......

Has my account verified, submitted my first deposit and I was emailed: Dear Michelle We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount of CA$15,372.85 has been removed from your balance due to the breach of the following Terms & I asked for an explanation as to HOW and WHY and they refuse to give it. Stay away!!!
