Great Response Time
TRC Electronics was very expedient in their replies, and responsive to my concerns. I ordered a bunch of batteries and on the website it said they were out of stock yet I was able to order them, and in the consecutive emails they were arriving later that I desired. With a brief reply they were able to put a memo on the delivery to be ASAP, and this morning I got a notice that they'd even be here this week as opposed to two weeks of waiting. Very Responsive. Very Communicative. Very Helpful.
