Above and beyond!! I purchased a Power Sonic battery to replace the D cell batteries in a vintage magnetometer from the 1980's. Though I thought of it as a one time purchase in a time of need, Logan from TRC phoned me to ask if I needed any support for the battery or for future needs! Totally friendly and non-sales pitch.
