i paid for overnight delivery, but did not receive my order the next day. We still don't have the parts and had to return the manlift needed to perform the repairs on the fans.

Watch out for this company if you are a large purchaser. READ THIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. They sold me hundreds of power supplies with issues. In my opinion they did so knowingly as I reported the issues that I was seeing prior to receiving the bulk of the shipment and was told it was isolated to a few units. Several months later after using the power supplies in our products TRC notified me that there was indeed an issue with the power supplies, and they requested that we send them back to the manufacturer for an "update". In their ignorance they assumed that we ordered all the power supplies to just keep on the shelf. Unfortunately, we needed them for our products. Now we have products that have already shipped that contain these power supplies with intermittent issues leaving us with a logistical and financial nightmare of getting these replaced. Did they offer to the replace the units? NO Did they offer an apology for not properly researching the issues that I reported? NO In fact, it was not enough for them to place a huge logistical, financial and reputational burden on our company; they then sued to force us to buy units that we committed to buy prior to learning of the issue. TRC is a sales and marketing company not the technical electronics specialist that they market themselves to be.

Did not work. Purchased another one right away and the 2nd one worked. Will not take the first one back for a refund.

Would not recommend this company. They do not have their return policies available on website. I ordered wrong wire ($55 w shipping) and they only offer $26 back in credit (for unopened box) and I would be responsible for freight back to them.

My order was fine but this company seems to think I purchased a relationship when all I bought was a power supply and have been calling me nonstop since I received my order. I have responded by email asking the harassing phone calls to stop twice and have been completely ignored by stephen.l at trcelectronics.com and the calls continue as of 11/8. I emailed to stop calling 10/16 and 10/25 but these wankers keep calling anyway.

Ordered a TRC IRM-30-12ST power supply @ 12VDC 2.5A. Received the order but output is 11.91VDC @ 1.67A. I don't even have the voltage to put a regulatory on it. You should be more careful about what you sell and adhesive. PO 12825, Order # 419818.
