I tried to call to discuss the item we needed to purchase. I could not get anyone to answer the phone so I ordered the item online. The issue was I needed the part and I had no idea when I was going to get it. I did get a confirmation of shipping today for the item I ordered 9 days ago.

I'm pleased to share that your item did ship a few days earlier, on August 15th. We appreciate your business and feedback.
Annoyed E.
Ordered a 40 dollar part one time. Get called four f’ing times with messages to call back or make an account or sell my soul, I will pass. I give you money, you give me what I ordered then you leave me alone. Honestly service was great if they had just left it alone and just sent this review email once. Annoyance is all I felt after the purchase.

The price was good but communication terrible. I placed the order and heard nothing for 18 days, I sent an email asking about an update they sent an email saying it was shipped. I did the tracking and all they did was create the shipping label. I took me reaching out!!

No instructions included with the LED driver. Blue wire, grey wire....which is common, which is power etc....
Response from TRC ElectronicsJul 1, 2024
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, David. Unfortunately, the manufacturers do not offer instruction manuals with the power supplies. However, our website has data sheets available that will provide insight into the LED driver you purchased. If you need any assistance with installing your LED driver please give us a call at 888-612-9514 and our Power Team will be happy to provide you with support.
