The Batteries that I received seem to be defective. They do not hold a charge nearly as long as other new Batteries I have purchased. I made sure they were fully charged before using them.

Your return processes are not consumer friendly. In fact I found them an insult. Didn't want the item and you sent it anyway. Seems like this is a way to get some money for providing nothing.

There’s nothing wrong with the battery or the service, but they won’t stop harassing me constantly calling me and sending me text and emails getting in my Instagram whiz. I’m never gonna buy anything from these morons again.

Jeannie, thank you for your feedback. As informed on the phone, due to the weight of the shipment, we had to manually change the shipping method and in turn no tracking information was sent.
