My name is Jennifer, I purchase ticket with this company back in October to travel in December and everything went well, that I even wrote a good review back then. Well, I had to travel again and I reached out back to Brandon (so called Brandon), so he can get me (5) ticket to travel now in May. I purchased the ticket in February and today is May and I still haven’t gotten my ticket, and my trip is next week. I keep calling and messaging and now they ghost me. They are doing business under different umbrellas, so people please don’t book with this company, they are a scammer for real. They are under the name of Travoman, ABT Travel ABTT, and Airbeas Travel LTD. Now I have to purchased new ticket for next week, which is a destination wedding. I know is my fault for trusting a second time. I will report this situation with the Better Business Bureau and the State Consumer Protection. I hope this review help others to stay away from this company and they closed them out on all the other platforms.

By November 27 2023 I bought 5 tickets with Ronnie and I paid 3434.69 for my 5 tickets from Sioux Falls to Guatemala and when we arrived in to the airport to checking Delta personal says as we didn’t get any flights because no one pays for ours flights from Travoman LLC so I did called to Ronnie and hem told me that in 5 days I can getting my money back and today’s 4/28/2024 and I still waiting for my refund please Travoman LLC y just needs my money back $3434.69 that’s all I paid for my 5 tickets please I jus wants my money back robbers don’t be do that with the people that trust in your business 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡robbed I just wants my money back Travoman LLC😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Horrible company full of scammers. I was promised a refund over 3 months ago and now the company ghosted me. Go somewhere else for your travel deals

I would give negative stars if I could! This company is a scam. Beware!!!! I was told my 3 round trip tickets would be $851, which was taken from my credit card. Then I get to the airport to get on my flight and am told I owe another $580 or I cannot fly!! Apparently this company shows “low prices” and then claims the flight isn’t available anymore so calls and says they found another flight the same as you tried to book before but you need to write “I agree” to an email they send to get that price. First red flag! Then they do a “chargeback” which never gets refunded on your end and you end up paying at least double what you thought you would. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY SCAM and book direct instead!

Today I made a reservation and I received a callback, telling me that they (travoman) made a mistake and the reservation was not available, and if I wanted the flight I needed to pay an additional $300.00 dollars. I told them to cancel the reservation, but the representative used the F*** word and said I would cancel it. Unacceptable behavior of any company.

I booked a flight with this fraudulent company. Brandon is the person who I was in contact with. They used another person name with my information. The flight was canceled but the company Travoman was refunded with a different amount than what I originally paid. They were paid through some type of travel bank through JetBlue. Brandon told the credit card company which was used to purchase the plane ticket (which I didn't use) that the plane ticket was use patricianly, meaning a one way. This never happened. I have been going back and forth with the credit card company about this charge, which I am not paying. The service was not rendered. this TRAVOMAN COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. Today is 9-25-23 and I am still fighting to get this cleared up with the credit card company. Travoman needs to be out of business. This is a shame how they used people information for their gain. While they are at it they are getting paid double from us the consumer and the credit cards companies who refunds them the money. GOD WILL GET YOU SOONER THAN LATER BRANDON!!!

Worst company ever dealt with they had it posted a certain price then called me and tried to charge me 300$ more. After I told them to cancel the flight my card then got charged for a flight across the country they are stealing information don’t use!

This service has been an absolute nightmare from the very beginning. My original flight from Pittsburgh to JFK was booked 6/16. Within an hour of booking the flight, ‘Brandon’ from Travoman is texting me (with almost illiterate messages) to tell me that the flight that I had JUST booked was no longer available. The only flight he had available was $150 more. I told him no I wasn’t paying more money for the flight and if that was the case to cancel the transaction. Of course by some ‘MIRACLE’ shortly after that, the original price became available. The day I am supposed to leave comes, (6/22) and it is brought to my attention that he booked me a flight for 6/20 instead of 6/22. He then tried to charge me a fee to change the flight. I told him I was absolutely not paying for a mistake HE made. He fixed my flight at no charge. As he should. I then get to the airport and I try to check in for my flight on my phone. The confirmation number he sent me was incorrect. I then had to wait on the line (for 35 mins) to check in with an agent. After learning my lesson the first time, I go to check in for my flight home to Pittsburgh from JFK the day before. Because the original confirmation number Brandon provided me was incorrect, I emailed him and asked for the correct confirmation number. Brandon then proceeds to tell me that he canceled my trip and is sending me a refund. When I asked why he did this, as I didn’t ask for a refund or for my trip to be canceled, he told me that he will cancel the refund but he can’t get me on a flight from JFK to Pittsburgh today. All the while, I am receiving notifications directly from American Airlines asking me to please check in for my flight. If my trip has been canceled, why would I need to check in for it? I then decided to call Travoman directly. There, I spoke to a supervisor who told me that Travoman did not cancel my trip, American Airlines did. (This is a lie- I checked the status of that flight and it was in fact still on time and not cancelled) And despite the fact that Brandon told me that he would cancel my refund, I would still be receiving one. (Which I have yet to receive) Please do not book with this service. If I could give -10000 stars I would. No part of this has been productive or helpful. This is a scam. It is made to look like you’ll be saving money but in the end you either wind up paying the same or more, OR just not having a flight period. Sincerely, stuck at JFK until further notice
