Scam, listings seek to trick you into buying cheap products
Ordered their $100 "car-mounted camping shower tent" where all the pictures included a fold-out frame that attaches to a roof rack and a description that highlighted "quick easy setup". I was obviously not doing my best reading to find the fine print that said "frame not included". The package arrived as a tiny cheap piece of canvas, no frame. I emailed them to ask for a refund since it's useless (and way overpriced) to me without the frame. they offered instead a discount on the pictured frame...which they don't sell. My followup email had no response for weeks until I pinged them and they said "our product matches the description and wasn't defective so we can't offer a return". Going back to the listing definitely makes me realize they want to trick people into buying their cheap product and then deny a return, guess I fell for it. Also, the 4.76 star review on the product is definitely fake--all the reviews are so insanely vague and read very AI generated. hope this can save others from being scammed. kicking myself for not seeing it before I burned $100

You’re right to be frustrated here. If you looked at the product photos and came away expecting the roof-mounted frame to be included, then we did not make that distinction clear enough. We also don’t think you should have had to chase us for a response after asking to return it. That part of your experience is on us. Please email **[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])** with your order number and mention this review. We’d like to revisit the case and arrange a refund for you. We’re also taking your feedback back to the product team. “Frame not included” shouldn’t be something a customer has to hunt for in the fine print when the frame plays such a prominent role in showing how the product is used. Thank you for calling this out. It’s not the impression we want anyone to leave with after shopping with Traverseon. Johann
