Traveloic.comReviews of traveloic.com

Click/Bait. Listed fare for 4 people for $1018 and they said there is a fare issue, almost 8 hours after the soft booking (they still need to work with airlines to issue a ticket and need my confirmation anyways). Asked to call. I called for hours but just went on answering and then requested a call back over email a couple of times but they never called. Asked to cancel the reservation. Shady bussiness practices. Why ask for credit card if you are still working on issuing a ticket and need my confirmation either ways.

Good Customer Service by Saul Goodman

It has been a great experience with these guys . I had my flight booked with them and level of customer support they have is astonishing . Keep up the good work guys .

I wanted to take a moment to extend a big thank you for the exceptional service you provided during our honeymoon travels. We booked our flight through your agency, and we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of your service. The turnaround time of 4 to 6 hours was perfectly acceptable, especially since we received such a great deal. Your assistance with seat selection and boarding passes made our journey much smoother. The wake-up call was an unexpected yet very thoughtful gesture, showing how much you care for your customers. It’s also refreshing to know that your agency is new to the market. You communicated this very clearly, which we really appreciated. Transparency is key, and it made us feel even more confident in our choice to book with you. Once again, thank you so much for everything. We wish you continued success as you grow in the travel industry!
