Representative was very professional, able to assist with my issue and helpful in resolving the problem.

Josh was very patient when the system was slow. He was very personable and helpful with my decision to purchase comfort plus seats over preferred main. Overall he presented me with an excellent customer experience. Thank you Josh. Good job!

Great service. Patient and very helpful.

Just wanted to say thanks for helping me book m6 flight and even getting me a discount.

Excellent customer service ...Very helpful with answering all of my questions

It would have been cheaper to buy ticket directly from the airline.

Excellent, was very pleased with my service. Thank you very much.

Your agent was very helpful and got me the flight that I had requested even though it wasn't available from Delta. I appreciated it.
