I had booked my flight and I got a call and an email that it was sold out and the gentleman that called me helped me find a seat on a different flight. Good prices, but I did not appreciate the bait and switch. There were flights listed as bookable, but when I called in I was told that there were no seats available for that flight and I would be placed on a waiting list. Then there was a very long wait while the agent researched flights that I actually could book, with seats available.
