I’m happy with Lawson who helped me to get flight tickets for my family.

Reportarlos.

I was incredibly happy with my service - we got better tickets at cheaper prices! The person who helped me was so kind and knowledgable, and I will definitely use this service again. Thank you!

Worse experience ever. They charge me as united airlines call united there is no ticket numbers call back the agency they try to charge my card again when i already was charge when i went to view my trip there 3 bookings the two that would be rountrip and and extra one from another airline liars scammers had to canceled my bank card

Mr. Shawn Parker was of excellent customer service to my family. He showcased great patience as he found us tickets to accommodate us all. He went above and beyond and we are very thankful for his 10 star service. He is certainly a great asset to this company and will definitely book through you again. Thank you Mr. Parker .

Helpful, informative and professional

I bought a ticket BOSJFKBOS for $173 which magically was no longer available, but got a confirmation or reservation number - when I called and spoke to your agent Victor, he was able to get me a rate of $398 for a fare that was supposed to be higher than $560 with Delta directly - Once confirmed and purchased, I went into Delta to get seats and saw the actual fare paid $232.79 . You've had the audacity to charge $166 as an ARC FEE - I WANT MY REFUND FOR A FEE I WAS NEVER TOLD AND WAS LIED TO, GIVING ME A TOTAL FARE AND NOT A BREAK DOWN- YOU ARE DISPICABLE TRYING TO MAKE MONEY DISHONESTLY .

Excellent and fast service. Customer service was superb. Adrian was the best rep I've ever encountered. I will use them as again for my travel plans.
