Horrible service used this girl named Cristina Campagna from trusted travel agents she works for Liz Moore travel events and this has to be the worse service ive ever had for a travel agent camt even respond to emails did a call with her and she said she woukd send me information about what we talked about and she never sent us anything bad horrible horrible experience dont ever use her. She is not good especially for destinations weddings actually for anything.

I was connected to this company through a Fellowship I was granted; I usually don't write negative reviews, but I was honestly shocked at the level of confusion and delay that I experienced. I was supposed to be booking a flight for a retreat. The correspondence that I had with the travel agent JoLynn was so slow, it would take days for her to ask me one question; I actually had to send her flights for some reason. I was confused by this experience, because I thought travel agents were supposed to make the process smoother; I would have been better off buying. my own flight months ago. We were supposed to be given a discount for the flights, but it has taken weeks for her to just send me a response. I honestly am so dissapointed by the whole thing - I had to cancel the trip because it took too long for them to find a flight within my budget. To this day, I have not received a response. The delays in correspondence need to be addressed immediately. My entire fellowship retreat experience that I've been looking forward to for months has now been ruined and I do not understand the gap in communication - if she honestly would have sent the discount code I could have booked everything myself.

Rachel Erwin of Rachel Erwin Knows Travel organized a group trip to Greece in May 2026. Although very personable she failed to be the support we needed during our trip as promised. In addition we requested to be put in hotels that would be as good as Marriott style hotels. She failed on this on several of our hotels (these hotels were very Motel 6). Additionally, she should have suggested flying to Crete instead of traveling by boat or if by boat we should have been seated in first class - the upgrade was nominal. The best part of our trip was our guide Maria with Europe Express. Having traveled with a group and being well cared for by our booking agent in the past highlighted the failings and disappoints working with Rachel Erwin.

Apparently, the reviews are rejected or accepted by the travel agent, and what agent would accept less than a five star review for posting? Had an awful experience with Rachel Knows Travel, but she that the reviews I relied on were all five stars, as she is the one who approves what reviews will be posted. Why bother having a website if it can be so manipulated?

No response after 24 hours!! Great job by non - "professional:!

After booking our 10 day Spain trip through TLV, we had our luggage stolen in Madrid. We were directed by our Tour Mgr to deliver our luggage to the lobby to prepare for transport to Seville, which we did. When we returned from breakfast in the hotel, we discovered that two pieces of our luggage had been stolen out of the lobby. Not being familiar with the country I reached out to our travel agent with TVL and received no assistance! She did not contact the hotel nor Great Rail Journeys to assist us. Do not depend on this travel agency for anything after you pay for your trip!

Worst travel agency ever. Fran Klein is worthless. Waits until the last minute so you have to chose from the leftovers. Do not use this group.
