I paid and contracted for travel insurance two days ago. Confirmation number 601673 . All I have received is the request for a reveiw of your service. I placed a call today Saturday Feb 3 to both the person iI purchased the insurance from and the to the too free number with a request for somewone to call me back as your office is closed. The message from the office was to leave my number and someone would call back. Same for the rep I purchased the contract from. As of now 4:45pm Saturday no call. We have a 6:00 am flight on Monday Feb 5. I have purchased insurance for a number of foreign trips, without a hitch from your company. I'm disappointed at the lack of service this time. This is also the first time I have not receive a copy of the contract immediately after completion of payment. I await someone's reply!!
