I arrived at my hotel in Maramaris to find that my seaview room was only a standard room with balcony views of other balconies. They blamed their Turkish agent and after a month of calls and e-mails they refunded me a $600 voucher as they do not refund to your original bank. The voucher is time-limited and can only be used through their website. I tried to us mt voucher for another booking but this would not work with the selected hotel. I managed to use it for hotel booking in Marmaris again for another hotel but needed to change the dates. The Manage Booking option did not work. Their help desk says it is a feature that does not function at all. They said they would do it manually. So I gave them the details and my new booking dates. They said that they are not able to change the booking and I would need to cancel the booking and be issued with another refund voucher and i could use that with them to make a new booking for my new dates. They will not disclose how much the refund voucher will be worth. It is an obvious scam, be warned: YOU WILL NEVER HAVE YOUR MONEY REFUNDED.

I requested a change to my TravelEuro hotel reservation and contacted them multiple times via email and phone, but received no response at all. After two months, they finally got back to me—but by then it was far too late for the change to matter. This kind of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. It gives the impression that customer concerns are simply ignored. Very poor service and a frustrating experience overall.

This company is incompetent at every level. Stay away. The worst thing you can hear is that the help desk has to "elevate" your issue. That means you will never hear from them again. They give you directions to use their web site that cannot be done.

Attenzione sito scorretto al limite della truffa ho prenotato oggi una camera doppia su questo sito dove era scritto camera standard e niente altro ho fatto attenzione che non fosse specificato economy annex room come era scritto per altre camere ma era scritto solo normale camera standard invece una volta effettuato il pagamento mi arriva il voucher per camera economy annex room! Specifico che la dépendance si trova dall'altro lato di una strada trafficatissima dove passano auto camion bus ecc e che per andare nell hotel e godere dei servizi pagati tipo colazione cena ecc dovremmo attraversare questa strada e scavalcare anche un guard-rail! Con la mia compagna ipovedente e con esiti di una frattura al braccio sinistro dove porta un tutore..ho cercato di contattarli per poter chiedere un alloggio nell edificio principale del hotel o un rimborso ma tramite i loro contatti non ho avuto risposta né ho avuto notifica di apertura di una contestazione o altro ho dato mandato alla mia banca di contestare l'addebito sulla carta per pratica scorretta e ingannevole ( se volevo questo tipo di camera c'erano molti altri siti che la vendevano a prezzi molto minori ) e credo sia questa la mia unica esile speranza di avere un qualche rimborso.

They are a scam. Arrived at the hotel and they said that traveleuro never booked a room. I had to book a new room on another site on the spot. Then traveleuro refuse to give a refund. TOTAL SCAM.

Stay clear.

Traveleuro/Holista/Gosplitty is a scam Israeli company. Refused to provide my hotel confirmation number despite calling and email them atleast 50 times in the last 2 weeks as they have no booking with the hotel despite me paying Traveleuro in full. The hotel cannot confirm my reservation without the number. Only got 2 days to go to my flight and still nowhere to stay despite booking with traveleuro almost 3 weeks ago. Please please do not get enticed by the lower rates as you will be playing Russian roulette.

Currently in a dispute with them regarding a hotel which was not as advertised on their website. The hotel agreed to giving a full refund but Traveleuro never passed these funds on to me stating 'Traveluro is only responsible for booking accommodation deals for customers, not for providing accommodation services. Once the customer booked a reservation through our platform, we finished providing our paid service to the cardholder'.
