Excellent service

People who works in the hotel are friendly, helpfull and the hotel is strategicaly situated just in front of the Central Station. The breakfast is great and the rooms are quiet and clean.

Great room, great facilities nice staff. Parking close by and excellent location. Check out 12.00 was helpful

They booked me for the incorrect hotel. Confirmation email actually contained information with GPS coordinates of the hotel I wanted, so I had evidence they made an error (intentional or not). They wouldn’t acknowledge their error and I had to have charges reversed by credit card company. Customer service unhelpful and refusal to connect with manager, likely fraudulent

Prenotazione veloce e chiara. La mail che ho ricevuto di conferma della prenotazione era chiara e descriveva esattamente tutto quello che avevo acquistato e quanto avrei pagato di tasse. Nessuna sorpresa quando mi sono ritrovato in albergo.
