Is one big in legal scam please be careful, you paid cheap flights but when you are going to airport they even don't know anything about that, and you loose the money.

FIRST "SWEET" THEY WERE PAID FOR ROUND TRIP TICKET GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL VERY HELPFUL AND ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT! THEN "SOUR" UNFORTUNATELY THE RETURN TRIP WAS AN ABSOLUTELY NIGHTMARE NO BOARDING PASS MY FLIGHT CANCEL WITH ABSOLUTELY NO NOTIFICATION HAD TO GET ADDITIONAL HOTEL ROOM THEN RESCHEDULED FOR NEXT DAY 6AM BOARDING PASS WAS FOR 4PM GOT TO AIRPORT WITH BOARDING PASS MY FLIGHT WAS CANCEL AGAIN.

Fraudulent Scammers! False 3rd party, they have absolutely no partnership with the airlines nor have tickets. They clone their fake site with new names, like this one: skydaytravel . com & this one travdel . us

Mom was on her death bed thought I had a flight...nope they lie and lie about prices. Then they dont even book your flight. My mother will be gone tomorrow and this company made me miss her last moments.Do Not I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Don't book with this company - it's not real. I booked 2 tix and they sent me confirmation - and then come to find out the airline doesn't even have room for the flights I booked. Steer clear here folks.

I booked my round-trip flight on June 6, 2025, which was a Thursday. Martin, the agent that worked with me failed to let me know that Southwest Airlines would not have my reservations until Monday. As a result, Southwest canceled my reservations for potential fraud so they say. Travdel informed me that it was canceled for being overbooked. However, they were unaware that the flight was canceled until I contacted them to find out what was going on. Never in my life had I had to wait hours and hours and hours and hours and hours for my boarding passes. The worst experience I’ve had in my entire life. I will never book with this company again, nor will I recommend it to any of my friends because of the way that they do things. The only thing that they did accomplish was made sure that I had wheelchair service. I will give them credit for that, but for everything else it’s two thumbs down. I explained to them that I was handicapped. I did not want a Center seat all because I didn’t want to have to get up and down every time someone wanted to go to the facilities. Both the departing flight and the return flight I was stuck in the center seat having to get up at least one time both directions to let someone out to go to the facilities.. I didn’t receive my return boarding classes until 6:30 AM on the morning of my return flight. Really they even had the nerve to ask me if I would wait till 8 o’clock for 12 o’clock flight to get the boarding passes. I told them no because my niece would be taking me to the airport at 8 o’clock in the morning so she can get to work. Somehow they managed to get me my boarding passes by 6:30. It’s a horrible feeling not knowing whether you’re going to actually get on a flight that you’ve already paid for or not. I am a very unhappy customer and I will never return.

Zero stars ! DONT USE THEM ! Bought plane tickets on May 10. Thought it was good until May 25 i had to call them for eticket info. it was confirmed that they could not accommodate my tickets and said the flight was cancelled.?Flight was not cancelled. They said they would issue a refund back to me. One month later I have no tickets and no refund has been issued yet! How are they still in business! I will keep you posted once I finally get my refund so the next person will know what to expect if they buy from this site! DO NOT USE THEM

If I could give ZERO stars I would. THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR REFUND!! They scam and say the flight “ran out of room” when that was not the case at all. IT HAS BEEN 22 DAYS since I’ve requested my refund back!! DO NOTTTT go through them! I can’t even believe they have any good reviews. They need to be taken down and reported to BBB!!!
