My 14 yr old doggie girl …
My 14 yr old doggie girl began having balance issues and I searched out products to help support her health. I was impressed by everything I researched about Tratez and ordered one of their products. While waiting for the order to arrive, my dog began falling and unable to walk. Within 5 days, she passed away. The following day, my order arrived . I contacted customer service to tell them of my situation and to request a return. Not only did the agree but were very sensitive and most understanding of my broken heart and experience. They responded very quickly, kindly, and with respect. I hope to one day have another pet and I would most surely choose this company to support the health of my dog. Great communication, timely support, and compassionate service.
