Delivery was fine, product didn't work.
Delivery was fine, but they just aren't working for my dog. I had her on another product for six months and wasn't sure it was doing anything, so I figured I'd try yours because it was rated highly and cost less. It's been several weeks, and she's getting worse in the back end, so I'll have to switch back I guess.

Hey! So sorry to hear of any regression in her condition. Of course, I'd hope you give TRATEZ the same 6 Months to really kick in & start working.. but, if you are seeing serious regression then switching back to whatever kept her pain-free is not a bad option. So sorry!

Great products, but…
My senior dogs love the Tratez products, especially the duck flavored probiotics. But, there are some problems with ordering. Delivery is really slow. This month it took 12 days. I’m on auto ship and I’ve adjusted the time between shipments to allow for their slowness, but I still ran out this month. Also, their platform is difficult to use. I was unable to change payment methods and contacted Tratez. They were unable to correct the problem and suggested I cancel my order. Sadly, I did.

Dear Joe, we're extremely sorry for the issues you experienced with late delivery time & inability to update payment method. As mentioned via email, the suggestion to cancel & resubscribe was only because there seemed to be bounce suppression on the email on file which got in the way of the verification code we were trying to send out. We're glad to hear your dogs love TRATEZ & hope there's something we can do to make this right!

Unfortunately we can’t get dog (who can be a picky eater) actually take these, so no idea if they’re any good.
