Just shipped my 2015 Range Rover from Las Vegas to Detroit with Transport Luxury Auto and i have to say the customer service was incredible ! All my telephone calls were immediately returned and all questions patiently answered . Also my car was picked up and delivered in the exact time frame i was given which was something i wasn't expecting . i don't usually leave reviews but after this experience i had to !

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt I had to just so people can know how great these guys are. First I have never shipped my car anywhere and was a bit wary to trust my $70,000 Audi with anyone. I called a few companies, but transport luxury auto, made me feel the most comfortable. They told me my options and had a reassuring answer for all my concerns, they were not pushy like the other people I called. Secondly, once we agreed on what services I wanted they walked me through the process and helped me each step of the way. My car arrived on time as promised and was in perfect condition, (I chose to have it shipped enclosed). They kept in touch with me even after the car was shipped to make sure I was happy. They are on top of their game and understand that customer service is very important. I will definitely be using them again.

I would recommend this company any day of the week. I worked with a fella named Jackie. He says what he is going to do then does it. He said he could pick up my car in a couple of hours and he did. He quoted a price and never changed it. The car was delivered from New Mexico to Georgia three days later. This Fella has a lot integrity. The truck driver is a prince of a guy, dependable and polite.
