Our vehicle was picked up within 24 hours of paying the deposit. The driver called me with a 2 hour warning of arrival. They loaded the car and delivered it 2 days earlier than expected. Since it was earlier than planned, the driver did give me a 6 hour warning to say he's ahead of schedule. The car arrived in perfect condition. Their rate may be slightly higher than other companies, but its worth it for the great, timely services I received. Alex B is very easy to get a hold of and the driver also gave his number for any possible questions during the transport. I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation on recommending them to anyone else looking for auto transport.

Having a special car shipped 2500 miles with no personal control can be a stressful thing. These folks have demonstrated that they are trustworthy. They inspected the car before delivery and noted things that the dealer didn't see. I see that as a good thing from the customer point of view. They provided progress call information daily, to keep me informed. They delivered the car right as they said they would. They were very careful in the handling of the car getting it off of the covered trailer. All in all I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend them or use them again if the need arises. Good on ya--- Bruce B.
