Eric Shein was fantastic! He checked on me to be sure everything went well after the transport and beforehand, made sure everything was going to be fine giving me all of the information I needed to have. He was a fabulous representative, very pleasant and attenrice, which I did not expect from a company in the transport business which tends to be colder than other service industries.

I have never dealt with an auto transportation company before. My daughter's new car was rear ended in Conn. on her way back to VA and she had to leave the car for several weeks to be repaired. Alex at Transportation Luxury did a great job of coordinating the pick up of the car when it was repaired and delivering it to Richmond VA. He was very professional and lowered my anxiety level in getting the car back. If I am ever in need of auto transportation services again, Alex will be the person I will call.
