Transport Luxury AutoReviews of transportluxuryauto.com

I dealt with Jackie over the phone and it was a great experience. I was given a fair price and very reasonable time table. The vehicle was delivered in excellent condition and I appreciate that Jackie was in contact with me throughout the process to keep me up to date. The driver, I believe his name was Will, was also a pleasure to work with. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire move and adjusted his delivery time to my schedule. Thank you Transport Luxury Auto. After this experience, I will be using you in the future.

Transport luxury auto service was the easiest part of my cross country move. They got my car from point A to point B in a seamless transition even with the strict timeline I had to make upon pick up and delivery. The staff at transport luxury auto was there every step and were extremely professional and helpful to answer any question. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a car shipped

Alex took exceptional care to explain the process, accommodate our busy schedule and keep us abreast of the pick-up and delivery. Our car was delivered ahead of schedule and without a scratch. Well done!

Very helpful assisted and great communication.

I first contracted with Dependable Auto Shippers and eventually got my money back because they never picked up my car. After that I found Transport Luxury Auto and spoke to Shane. Shane set me up and had a truck there the next day in Grants Pass, Oregon (did have to pay a bit more). Shane kept in constant contact with me about the delivery date. After Shane, Sam came on board and was just as great as Shane. The car was one day late but Transport Luxury did refund me some money which speaks volumes to their service and commitment to the customer. First time shipping a car from Oregon to New York State....would use Transport Luxury Auto again without hesitation...Great Job! Also the driver was great to talk to and understood my complaints without ever raising his voice...NICE!!!!!

Great experience. Fast and reliable. Shipped my car from LA to KC.

i got my car shipped from California to Florida by this company. there is no any complain about their service. Jackie helped me out a lot, i didn't need to fill out any paper works, just gave him the information, and then everything went through. highly recommended if you want to ship your car. The only i like is they are very ON TIME

I would highly recommend this company without reservation. From the first phone call to the pick-up to the delivery, everything went along smoothly and everyone was pleased. I was informed as to the time of pick-up and the truck arrived as scheduled. Also, the delivery was on schedule too. The car was delivered on-time in perfect condition and Sam was very helpful with all my questions. Don't hesitate to use this company.
