Transport Luxury AutoReviews of transportluxuryauto.com

Shane Zlotnick was my contact with Transport Luxury Auto. It was wonderful to have a real person available for questions and concerns that I had regarding the shipment of my car. He arranged a wonderful schedule. My car was picked up at 5pm Wednesday Dec, 14 in New Orleans La and was delivered in Phoenix Az at 9 am Saturday Dec.17. The two drivers were exceptionally helpful and considerate too. I recommend this company as an excellent choice for transporting cars, especially if you have Shane to pave the way. It was a welcome change from my previous experiences with DAS. the last time I used them, my car was in transit for 5 weeks and I was unable to talk to a real person for updates during that time.

My car was picked up by a pro and delivered on time and in good condition

TLA did an excellent job transporting my BMW cross country. Highly recommend and will be using again.

I would like to share about my experience with your amazing employee, Alex Bernson. I needed to ship a handicap van from Arizona to NYC in a short time frame. The company I work for ran a special campaign to bless a family and the family that was selected was a single mom with a handicap son. I explained to Alex the importance of making sure the van arrived on time because the Founders of our company were flying to present the van to the family and everything was being planned for a specific day. Alex was caring, organized and made sure that the van arrived safely. I reached out to Alex several times for a status, due to the sensitivity of the matter and the need for all planning, on my end to go smoothly and he was always gracious and willing to help. Your company is lucky to have an employee like Alex and I hope he is recognized for his hard work and dedication. If I am ever in need of transporting a vehicle again I will certainly contact you as well as recommend Transport Luxury Auto to friends and family. Thank you.

Alex was straightforward, and worked hard to expedite my car transport. He found a driver by the next morning, and my car was safely in Florida 4 days after I called. The estimate was fair and competitive with other carriers, perhaps even less expensive than most. The driver kept me informed and the pickup and dropoff occurred as promised. Would definitely use them again.

I have no complaints. They were amazing.

We were very happy with the care we received on the recent transport of our car. Shane was great to work with. We would use this company again. Thanks!

The experience was pleasant, drivers on time and polite. The service industry could take some lessons about customer service from these drivers. A good experience .
