Regina is a True Transformational Leader. In a Short space i have consulted with her, i was in the process of negotiating for my Promotion. I felt the salary was low, she empowered me to value my worth. She helped me approach the management with Confidence and tell them how much i wanted. The good thing is they even opened up to tell me some future opportunities available in the company, they said this looking at what i have and my aspirations. Thanks a lot Regina. You dominate with your services.
