Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable Company After being contacted multiple times by Transfood Grosshandel and encouraged to place an order with them, I finally decided to give them a chance. Before ordering, I specifically asked which days they deliver in the Netherlands, and I was clearly told that they deliver every day. I placed my order on Monday, June 1st at 14:00, with the promise that it would be delivered on June 2nd. After that, I heard absolutely nothing for two days. I called them several times and only received false promises. I called at least 20 times a day, and every single time I was told: “We will call you back shortly.” Unfortunately, nobody ever called back. My WhatsApp is full of messages asking for the status of my order, but there was no clear answer and no proper communication at all. Yesterday, Wednesday, June 10th, I was told that my goods were on the way with the driver. I waited the entire day, and guess what? Nothing arrived. I have never experienced such an unprofessional company before. When I called several times asking to speak to the manager, I was told that he had no time. I hope he has time now to read this review. Absolutely shameful service. False promises, terrible communication, no accountability, and completely unreliable delivery. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. Unfortunately, I cannot give zero stars on Google, because even one star is too much for this kind of service. 11-06-2026 Update: I have just received a phone call from Fowzan from Transfood. Instead of apologizing or trying to solve the problem professionally, I was threatened that my order would be cancelled if I did not remove this review. How shameless can a company be? After all the false promises, lack of communication, and failed delivery, they still choose to threaten a customer instead of taking responsibility. I was also told: “We have enough customers.” This clearly shows their attitude towards customers and their complete lack of professionalism.

Very RUDE and unprof. company. Be aware the SriLankan guys cheating you left and rigt. Their Russian/Ukrainian driver is a hell to meet. The support is not Support at all. The robbing you. Think twice before ordering from here...
