I honestly can't say it's your program or the people who use it to route me, but I don't trust the info I'm receiving, and that's the worst part of my job. I've got other things to worry about with just trying to drive, make a deadline, being detained, finding a safe place to park, finding a bathroom, a shower, or how to get food, now give me the wrong directions, and you get my drift?

Ever since the company I work for started using Transflo, the main problem that has NEVER gone away is the rediculous lag time. There have been occasions that it was better (after restarting my phone) but that has ALWAYS been short lived. There have been many useful improvements over the years, but the lag time still persists to this day. The last "automated" update that took place 2 weeks ago has made the lag time even worse if that's possible. I now have to restart my phone several times a day and multiple times per week to make the lag time SOMEWHAT better. It is NOT my phone (I've had several), it is NOT my service provider (I've had more than one), it is NOT how many bars I have (1 bar or 5 still the same)--it is Transflo!!
