TransectIn 90-seconds, Transect identifies and explains required regulations and permits relevant to environmental risks for land development. The traditional ecological permitting process is archaic, takes weeks/months to navigate, and involves expensive consulting firms. The Transect SaaS platform empowers Land Developers by accelerating environmental permitting from months into minutes and delivers more accurate reporting at a fraction of the cost - moving land development projects forward quicker.Reduce Risk Sooner, Create More Time, Make More Money

The product has been notably improved in functionality over the last year or so. The product team is receptive of update requests, and this is great for both developers and transect. One comment is, if transect could somehow implement any contact details or real estate pricing aside from home values, that could be of interest to developers.
