Absolutely excellent! This law office will NEVER transcribe another conversation again! The cost was pennies to the dollars it would cost in staff work hours! The entire transaction was so short and simple, It seemed too good to be true. Three person conversation, out of doors, vebatim...near perfect!

I've tried out the service, and was not disappointed. Results were accurate, affordable, and punctual. Really there's no better site for this sort of thing anywhere online, at least that I could find. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for a transcript type of service. There's really no better deal out there.
