Hey Rene, We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced. We shipped your order to the address provided at checkout, but we understand the issues that arose with the carrier. After the initial delivery attempt, we promptly sent a replacement via FedEx, but unfortunately, they also faced challenges delivering to your address. We truly regret the inconvenience this has caused. As a resolution, we have now processed a full refund. If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
