Disappointed Multiple emails came with continued…
Multiple emails came with continued items to purchase. It was difficult to find teaching instructions or to contact anyone to talk to. I did speak with a dog trainer one time for 15 minutes. Overall I do not feel it was worth the money so I quit after 3 weeks. I inquired about a book that could be purchased but received no response.

New Puppy with negative behavior…
I have a new puppy that has a negative side for behavior so the videos … audios have been on point…I appreciated talking to the trainer one on one …. she gave great advice … so appreciated! I’m looking forward to my next training session! I would highly recommend this program for anyone who needs guidance with training skills… Thank You!!! Karen Stewart

The online program was okay to read
The online program was okay to read, but if you needed to go back and forth while training your dog, was inconvenient. So ordering the book might be a good idea, but when you receive it, one needs a magnifying glass to read the print. I asked for my money back for both products and was reimbursed. I later bought a book from someone else.

I enjoyed working with the trainer pro
I enjoyed working with the trainer pro, but I am still having trouble training my dog. I am not sure what the problem is, but I think it is too many bosses trying to train him. He does not seem to know who to listen to and some of the people in my house continue to disregard my requests to not feed him people food and things like that. When I discipline him, he revolts and reverts to bad behavior like going potty in the house, or biting. Things I thought we had gotten past already. I have not discussed this behavior with my trainer yet, so it is not their fault that I am having these problems.
