I could not use DevLaunch services much since I had to back out of the program after a month. I still had to pay the entire amount as outlined in the contract. I had access to the resources regardless and whenever I wanted help to prepare for an interview during this time, I would be helped by Ryan. Before this, while I was going through the program, I had a technical interview and Tim helped me prepare with a mock interview as soon as I texted in the discord channel designated for my guidance.

The mentorship was pretty transformative for my career. It helped me land a co-op at State Street as well as interviews at other companies that I don't think I could've gotten without the program.

Wonderful service and caring people

I do not recommend dev launch. I was part of it, and they did not provide the support they claimed they would. My technical mentor only met with me once and never really heard from him after. Consider saving $5000 by opting for the NeetCode premium and paying for individual mock interviews instead. Additionally, exercise caution when reading some of the positive reviews, as many of them come from mentors at DevLaunch.

After six months of job searching in this brutal job market (nearly 400 applications and only a handful of callbacks), I was completely unsure where to focus. Should I network more? Upskill? Fix knowledge gaps? I felt scattered and overwhelmed. That’s when DevLaunch came in with a clear, personalized roadmap that removed all the guesswork and gave me direction again. Their accountability coach kept me consistent, and the regular sync-ups with the Domain Expert made sure I was always moving forward, not just spinning in place. If you’re willing to put in the work, DevLaunch will stand with you the whole way. It feels less like a program and more like a genuine partnership in your success.

The coaches and mentors are great and personable! I was really looking for structure after I had gotten laid off and the team at Devlauch really give me a solid roadmap to follow. After the roadmap, they did a great job at holding me accountable to milestone and goals. The community is great too with very encouraging members. A ton of live sessions for prep so you have the platform to meet and discuss topics in real time.

It’s not a magic shortcut, but you'll reach your goal if you’re willing to put in the time and effort.
