This is my second time I have used Train Agents. My first experience was great. This renewal session has been a nightmare. I tried 5 or 6 times to contact your organization to find out if I was taking the right classes. Finally today I was contacted. I was surprised and Shocked that two of the classes have been cancelled and the one course I really needed was not available. My name is Debbie Watson With Keller Williams Heritage from San Antonio. Spend the extra money for something better. Information is delivered in a dull, tedious, monotonous way. No power points, exercises or anything of that nature to help you along and make things interesting. Just direct reading and boring commentary. ALSO you cannot print off lesson to assist with studying. AND when you "Ask the Instructor" no response. Seriously wasted my money and wish I could get it back. Thanks for screwing me out of money and a proper education Train agents.

Signed up and have had NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. The server times out and I cannot get into my classes. This has happened more than once and when I contact them they said they are aware and are working on it HOWEVER nothing has been corrected! SO FRUSTRATED.

Website loads terribly slow. Many misspellings throughout course work. Classes are absurdly long in comparison to competition. Price was the reason I chose trainagents.com. Would not use again or recommend to others due to website crashing and failing to load.

The slides are on a timer and you can't go at your own pace. The quizzes aren't helpful. Each chapter taxes forever. I'm not even going to finish through the classes I bought through this school. I have now purchased classes through another school and i'm going much faster and learning a lot better. I wish I could get my money back from this school. It was a waste

A bad online learning experience. I've been working in real estate for 20+ years managing and selling my own commercial real estate. The information presented is often incorrect, confusing and outdated. The promulgated contracts, continuing education requirements are beyond old. There are grammatical errors, contradictory terms and in general too much misinformation. The website is painfully slow and frustrating and frequently doesn't work. TREC should review this company and de-certify them until they fix the problems.

I registered for classes but I have hard time actually taking the courses. web site dose not load, the wheel keeps spinning but nothing happens. I have been trying all morning and not been able to access My Courses at all. Tried Fire Fox and Internet Explorer still nothing. Changed laptops still nothing. Please if your reading this massage fix the web site. I paid for these courses and spent more time on trying to get in then actually learning anything.

I am so discouraged. I purchased these courses over 5 years ago in hopes that I would be able to quickly learn the information and pass my exam. I finally managed to pass the courses but not because I actually learned anything. I've wasted my money and time and unfortunately don't have the funds to purchase another course. I am an intelligent person that catches on quickly but this material is presented in such a poor manner it's almost like it was translated digitally from another language. The material is all over the place and not logical. Please, if you are serious about getting your license, spend a couple hundred more dollars and invest in a better school and start off on the right foot. Their reviews are not true, there is no way someone could pass the exam unless they just memorized the questions and answers. I don't want to just pass but I actually want to learn what I'm supposed to learn in order to get licensed. I want to give trainagents.com more stars because they are very responsive and customer service is great but I just can't. Don't take my word for it, look at the overall pass rates on trec.texas.gov
