I have been able to get through the course work at a good pace, but there are a lot of typos, poorly worded questions, and the software is sometimes glitchy. Those things are worth dealing with because of the pace and the cost.

there seems to be a lot of errors, bugs, and problems loading with the program but the material is alright compared to many of the other only courses.

Hello Delores! The state requires certain topics be presented several times in several different ways. The learning theory is one whereby redundancy causes one to learn more effectively. When you go and take the state exam you may appreciate this style more! Thank you for the feedback!

I like this course. Having someone teach the info, and then I read and take notes really helps me to learn. The only part that is not my favorite is the exams. When you get an answer wrong, it tells you why it's wrong but doesn't give you the right answer so you can better review. All in all its a great course!

The classes are user friendly, but for a 30 hour class, it seems to take at least 3X as long as it should. Each segment that should be 1 hour or less takes about 2 hours. I would say when online, a 30 hour class takes more like 90 hours realistically. Online is convenient,and the price is great, but in-person would probably be easier / less time.

Hi Megan, thank you for the review! Many, many people finish the 30 hour courses in less than 30 hours and some do not. And that is actually the beauty of online education, you get to go at a pace that is comfortable for you so that you have the best chance of learning and understanding the material. In a classroom setting the pace may be too quick for any particular person and they would fall behind and have less success of passing. The goal isn't necessarily going fast.
