Train Agents Online Real Estate SchoolReviews of trainagents.com

The monotone voice of each chapter is horrible. The quizzes are repeated answers over and over and over again. The spelling errors is absurd throughout the program. I forcing myself to finish this program because I paid $500. Go find another program if you can this one sucks.

They must be paying people to give 5 stars. I absolutely cannot wait to be finished with Train Agents and I will never use them again. The audio often contradicts the reading and the information is spread out all over the place. All of this time working on these lessons have been more and more frustrating the further I continue. I have finished all of the lessons and am working on the practice cram exams which have some questions about things that were not covered in any of the lessons. The math training is beyond terrible and the answer solutions are often missing the math symbol you should be using to solve the problem. If you're interested in real estate training do not use Train Agents.

I'm not truly happy with this course. I'm not too far in, but the reviews I read prior to purchase are true. There are several typos. Missing the word "NOT" in a sentence surely does change the meaning. The "Ask the Instructor" doesn't really work. When using, the response from the instructor may or may not come through via email. The response is using a "DONOTREPLY......email address". So you can't easily respond to the answer given if you still have questions about it. My first attempt at using this feature failed and I emailed their customer service. A person gave me their personal email address for questions, in which I'm using, but still a next day answer. I'd like the answer while I'm in the material rather than later. The title references such as Designated Broker, Lender, Mortgage Broker and such are not defined in the scenarios (even on their end of chapter exams). This makes it hard to understand. They did a pretty good job in the beginning with pointing out Buyer's agent and Seller's agent and then later in the course it gets sloppy and no reference to the relationship is made. It is my belief that the questions on the Chapter exams (not all but some) are trick questions. I'm not sure if this will be how the State Exam will be, but I'm a bit worried about this concept. I will continue to update these reviews because I do believe others should be aware of the issues. They also advertised "audio". Just a note, only a few so far have had audio. So if you're looking for this because you are that type of learner, be cautious. UPDATE****** - I ended up asking for a refund. The course continued to show discrepancies in the content and the Instructor stopped responding to my questions all together. It's interesting that the only reviews on Train Agents is through Trust Pilot. Why aren't there any reviews on Yelp. I will post some of my own on Yelp as well as Yahoo. I will also report my findings to TREC. This company should not be Accredited. I have several examples as to why. If you are reading reviews to pick an educating provider, please do not waste your time or money here.

I have been working on obtaining my real estate license on this website and i hate it! The reasons why are below: . The old man reading does not follow the slides and just rambles. . The end of chapter test questions is never consistent. For example, i can have the same question but 2 different answers, which is not helpful! . The slides are pointless . Customer service does not exist . They say you have an Instructors help but its a lie! If you are thinking of purchasing please look to Champions Real Estate as its much more enjoyable.

Material is presented dry and no audio available. The material should be in a PDF format instead and provide videos or something other than just text.

It is the cheapest education course and it shows; you get what you pay for. The course is rife with spelling errors, typos (including in test questions), and contradicting information. Their website constantly crashes and must continuously be reloaded, but sometimes their server is so overloaded the site doesn't work at all. Definitely a good course for saving money, but be prepared for a headache.

The website is unstable. It keeps freezing on me or showing up as error page. I have to often resign in within one section and waste a lot of my time. When I sent questions to instructor, I don't get answers for many days!! The second email I sent regarding the test question more than a week ago. I still haven't got a response back!! I believe the correct answer to at least one of the questions in one test provided by Trainagents is incorrect. I sent an email to "Ask the Instructor" and haven't heard back for a week. Now I have no confidence that the answers to the test questions are reliable!!
