I love the course but I wish I could print the notes.
Response from Train Agents Online Real Estate SchoolMay 26, 2016
Hello Robbye! You can print the courses through the PDF files. I am sorry you weren't aware of this. Please email the office and request the PDF files for your courses. [email protected]. I would send them to you but I only have your first name as an identifier.

Had a lot of trouble getting the web page to open, miss spelled words and bad grammar made some questions and reading material difficult to understand what was being asked. Exams were coming back with questions marked wrong when the correct answer was checked. Other than the above, the rest went smoothly.

Thank you for your candid feedback, it is what helps us get better every day. We are glad things went smoothly for you and look forward to serving you again in the future!

I really love this course and the entertaining instructor/ narrator. However there is so much discrepancies in the text to what the instructor / narrator is saying and the content on the pages.

Thank you for the feedback Paul! We are looking into which audio files are on the incorrect pages to get those lined up. We appreciate the feedback!

Very sloppy. Some slides are only partially readable, many many misspelled words, bad grammar and words that make no sense in the sentence. Voice overs on the wrong slides. Different answers to the same question several times. Took the test and looked at "correct" answer and upon retaking the test and changing the answer, the very same question now has a different answer and explanation leaving one to have no idea which is correct. Clearly seems to have been thrown together with no one rechecking to make sure material is professional and CORRECT.

Hello Scott! Thank you for the feedback! It is true that we run into typos from time to time, just like you had in 2nd sentence of your comments on this review! LOL, it happens to all of us! After our course authors write these courses they go to a National organization called ARELLO, Association of real estate licensing law officials, who help re-write and approve content and exam questions according to national standards. After that approval they go to the state licensing agency where they go through another round of re-writing and approvals. And while I will admit, even after all of that, usually 6 months to a year of work, a typo will slip through the cracks, we really do try to get them all corrected. Not to mention there are many words and terms in real estate that seem to be made up and you can't even find in a dictionary. The exam issue you are having is a known issue that can be solved by lowering security settings on your device to allow your computer to more effectively communicate with ours during the exam scoring phase. The systems used are complicated and can cause some consternation at times and we always value feedback from our customers to help us continually get better. Thank you again!

Thorough, detailed information but the exams after every chapter are too much. Classes I've elsewhere have not taken this long

Jodi, thank you so much for the constructive criticism! We honestly value your feedback and I have sent your comments to our course publisher to see if it is possible to reduce the number of exam questions. Thank you!
Kelli
Would be better if we knew more about what's actually in the test. Too many repetitive questions..very time consuming.
Response from Train Agents Online Real Estate SchoolMar 9, 2016
Hi Kelli, thank you so much for your candid feedback, we really do appreciate it. I wish there was less repetition too, trust me, it is a lot of material. The state laws require us to cover every topic at least 3 times, or 3 different ways, in order to ensure the student has absorbed the material. I really hope it starts going more quickly for you, I really feel your pain! Thank you again for the feedback, it is very important to us.

I used Train Agents for my initial license education and loved the format; I have since recommended it to several. I'm now using them for CE and broker courses, but have noticed the quality of the material and questions has declined. Type-o's, outdated material, yawn-producing presentations. I'm sorry - but economy is the best reason to recommend Train Agents.

Hi Nancy! Thank you so much for the feedback, it is really important to us. I have our course authors looking into which courses you took so that we can make updates and changes. I was a little sad to hear that you took outdated material, that is totally unacceptable. I promise to have that issue resolved so when you come back around for your next renewal you won't have to go through that again. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I appreciate it your feedback very much!

Decent enough but the online presentation has small and annoying display and performance issues at time. Nothing serious enough to make you fail comprehending the material, but annoying never the less.

Hello and thank you so much for your feedback, it is very important. We are continually striving to keep our system up to date with all of the browsers and platforms out there and do admit that sometimes we get a combination of those that can impact speed. I have passed your comments on to our tech department who take these very seriously. Thank you so much for the candid feedback!
