Train Agents Online Real Estate SchoolReviews of trainagents.com

A week after purchasing I was sent an email from this company (Train Agents Online Real Estate School) saying that I could not take the exams online and that I would have to find a proctor for each exam, totaling five exams. The cost of the proctors will cost a minimum of $30.00 each which will be $160.00 additional money that I will have to pay. I have tried several times to get in touch with this company through email and phone and no one will return my call or reply to my emails. I think this is false advertising and I would like a return on my money. Buyer Beware, think twice when using this company!

I still have no recieved my coursework. Terrible service. TERRIBLE!

Old system has numerous typos. Instructor doesn't respond. The new system is a joke. The navigation, layout and format is a maze. Basically you download the PDF and read hundreds of pages. The online module gives random quizzes on sections but you don't know which. This is a complete mess. I've lost so much learning time. I've requested a full refund. This isn't what I signed up or paid for and no one can really help. You have to email and wait and wait and wait. Valuable time lost, when I could actually be learning somewhere else!!

I just paid them $300 and nothing happened. No email confirmation no classes show up when i log into their website.

This program is a time consuming, poorly organized ripoff. The program advertises you may call and receive assistance. When you call you have three choices, one regarding how to sign on, two, how to get assistance in paying, and three, the CEO. I called for each of these three and one more just test, and was asked to leave a message with name and phone number. That was three days ago and not one call has been returned. What is very surprising is the number of misspelled words and use of poor syntax. In the course I took, Texas Legal and Ethics I, there must have been over 200 words misspelled and sentences structured very poorly. This tells me that who ever prepared this program did not use a program with a spell checker, or they were just too lazy or too much in hurry to care. Not very professional. Finally, when taking the final exam, the pages on the program kept blinking making the screen hard to read. Thinking it may have been my computer, desktop Windows, I moved to a laptop windows, same thing. I could never get my Ipad to work with the program, one of my reasons for calling. So one final computer, my Imac and I finally got thru the exam. This program is a waste of time and money. Look elsewhere. I did.

The errors in grammar and spelling were too distracting that I had to cancel my class and get a refund. The instructors tone was also a distraction. The way he chuckles and says "see" after so many sentences just rubbed me the wrong way. I can see he was trying to make it entertaining but if I want to be entertained I would grab something on Netflix.

The real estate course for a new sales agent was so poorly written I felt there was no way to succeed. Misspellings and grammatical errors were in every slide. Some slides had wording cut off that I couldn't read. The quiz questions had bad grammar. The material is grossly out of date; which I realized after enrolling in a new school with current century material. No one needs to know about how England kings owned land in the 1800s to sell homes!!! Waste of my time and mad they get to keep an admin fee from my refund!

The ONLY good thing about this company is that they offer the lowest rates for the courses required to obtain a real estate license! BEWARE: You get what you pay for! -The grammar is horrible! It is obvious that they do not proof read the course content before offering it to their students. -There have been many times that there are questions on a quiz/test over a subject or specification that was not included in the text. -They do not reply to students questions that are submitted via the "ask the instructor" button in the courses. After I purchased the courses I was emailed a review. I answered it honestly and mentioned the issues above. I also included in the review that it took me having to reach out to every email address available on the website in order to receive a response to the questions I had submitted and that the response to emailing every email available told me to check my spam mail for responses. I checked my spam every day after this. Following, I only received a response to 1 of the 4 questions I had submitted, the answer to the submitted question being "yes" and this response appeared in my inbox - not my spam. Their response to my review, which is posted with the review online but can not be responded to, said I needed to expand the amount of time that my spam folder deleted its contents. REALLY???? I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
