I find the course to have good information but a little to repetitive. Also, there are a lot of misspelled words.

Hello Dap and thank you for the feedback. I completely understand the repetitiveness, the states requires us to do that with many of the topics in order to reinforce that particular information. Also, I agree there are some typos and we do have a full time editor that is constantly updating those.

Generally fine with some problems.
This is working for my real estate license training. However, I would rate this 5 stars if it didn't periodically freeze up and if the conflicting and/or inaccurate information in some lessons and test questions was cleaned up. I do generally like it, but frustrating at times.

Hello Daren! I am so sorry you are experiencing freeing issues. That is not typically a complaint we receive in the customer service department. However, my IT manager is saying, without the having your computer to diagnose, that you want to make sure you are on the latest version of your browser, preferably Chrome, and that your security settings are at medium or less. When you are logging in, you are actually working from our servers and your computer and ours need to have a good connection. I hope this helps!

System works but interface could be updated
The classes work as they should. My only suggestion would be to update the user interface and maybe the website for a more user friendly experience. Updating would initially attract more customers.

Thanks for the feedback Marshall! We are actually launching an entire new system in November which will work much better with more of the operating systems out there. Currently we have a few issues with older browsers but should have that alleviated soon.

Satisfied, but frustrated at times
This site was the best price I found. Customer service was nice & efficient when I first signed up. I also received a prompt response to a question. Overall there is alot of info & it's fairly easy to navigate & complete courses. However, I agree with several other comments & don't see if the issue has been addressed yet. There are quite a few typos (sometimes it does change the meaning), several pages have the bottom text cut off, pages sometimes have timeout error & need to reload, & when I retook a test it had the same question duplicated. I also found that some material that was tested had not been reviewed yet or explained very well.
I've never taken these courses before. I had a bad experience with another site having alot more tech problems compared to this one. I will continue to use this site but would really like to know when will all the typos, duplicated questions,etc be corrected?

Hello Juliana and thank you for the great feedback! With respect to time outs and pages cutting off, etc., those types of issues are generally on the user end with respect to browser, browser version, firewall settings, etc. When you are logged into your courses, you are logging onto our server so you must have the latest version of Flash Player, or Puffin on iPad, and a compatible browser version. Our sites works perfectly with 99% of them, but there are a few older versions or combinations that can cause some difficulty. We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser, keep firewall setting at low to medium and the latest version of Flash Player. This will eliminate any site issues. As far as typos, sometimes there will be a typo and we work non-stop to edit the material. Also, as you may be learning already, there are words in real estate that aren't even in the dictionary! It can be confusing at times and we appreciate your patience. Thank you so much for the feedback and giving us the opportunity to respond!

I do not like that I can not access my training on older browsers. Also, the sample lessons posted on the website, that ultimately made me choose Train Agents, has a narrator and the actual lessons do not. I liked listening to the sample lessons while I read them. I feel like the program was slightly misrepresented in that way.

Hello Tarin, I totally understand about the older browsers. Unfortunately we have to keep up to date with all of the newest browser versions which, in some cases, means we cannot be compatible with an older version like Explorer 6.0 or earlier. Also, all of our courses do have audio, its just not every page of every course so maybe you experienced that. I apologize it isn't everything you had expected and hope you online classes go as smoothly as possible.
